Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All delivery times are ESTIMATES and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the windows specified during checkout.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. You will receive shipping notification via email when your order has shipped.

International orders are subject to customs clearance which may cause additional delays and be subject to additional fees - this is beyond our control and all inquires regarding package whereabouts should be directed to the carrier.

All UPS shipments are duty-free but may incur other clearance-related fees that are beyond our control.  Please contact UPS directly for more information.

All Canada Post shipments are delivered duty paid (DDP) compliant with all fees calculated at checkout.

US TRACKING
All Canada Post parcels are handed over to USPS at customs and can be tracked through the USPS website as Canada Post relies on USPS for tracking details and will not receive any further updates until your package reaches it's final destination.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Occasionally smelling salts are held, or even rejected, by international customs and you may need to inquire directly as they may require additional information in order to clear the shipment.  We will do our best to accommodate any requests as they arise.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or non-pickup you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment/restocking,

Once your parcel is returned to us, you will be given store credit for the cost of your order, minus the shipping fee.
